We sit down (in person or virtual) to understand your vision, lot, budget, and timeline. We help you pick from our 27 floor plans — or customize one to fit your needs.
We connect you with our trusted lending partners (including HouseLoan.com for first-time buyers and VA loans). Pre-approval typically takes 24-72 hours.
We assess your land, run perc tests if needed, design the foundation, and pull permits. This phase typically runs 2-4 weeks.
Your home is precision-built indoors over 4-8 weeks — controlled environment, no weather delays, higher quality control than stick-built.
We deliver and crane your home onto the prepared foundation. Modules are joined, weather-sealed, and prepped for finish work. Typically 1-3 days.
Final plumbing, electrical, HVAC connections. Trim, paint, fixtures. Local building inspector signs off. Typically 2-3 weeks.
We do a full punch-list walkthrough together. Once you sign off, the keys are yours. Total timeline from contract to move-in: typically 3-6 months.
